房地产开发(36学时)课程简介
《房地产开发》是一门以应用为主导的专业技术课程,主要适宜于房地产专业、工程管理专业及相关本科生学习。本课程的教学目的在于,使学生能够将本课程内容与以前所掌握的工程技术、经济管理等基础知识联系起来,具备从事房地产开发经营的基本素质。本课程教学内容主要包括导论、房地产市场研究、房地产开发的流程、房地产项目创意、房地产开发投资可行性研究、房地产项目营销。本课程在教学过程中与房地产行业的实践紧密结合,同时把国外先进的理念融合进去,做到既体现课程的时代性,又体现其前沿性。本课程的特点是应用性强,在教学中将突出案例教学的特色。另外,本课程强调学生的参与,学生们须分组完成系列作业:包括房地产开发项目的市场调查、市场分析、可行性研究以及营销策划等。

Real Estate Development (36 class hours)
Real Estate Development, an application-oriented major course, is mainly suitable for undergraduates majoring in real estate management, project management and engineering management. The purpose of this course is to help students integrate their knowledge about engineering, economics and management with the real estate development and management. The main contents of the course are involved with introduction, real estate market research, real estate development process, creative real estate projects, real estate development and investment feasibility analysis and project marketing. The teaching of the course consists closely to the practices in the current real estate market. Also, the course will keep the integration of latest international progresses in the field of real estate studyThis course features a solid application with a focus on the case studies in classrooms. In addition, the course emphasizes the active participation of students who are required to complete a real estate development project by groups. The completed work papers are concerned with market research and analysis, feasibility studies and marketing planning, etc.
