项目管理（54学时）课程简介

项目管理是管理学的一个分支学科，指在项目活动中运用专门的知识、技能、工具和方法，使项目能够在有限资源限定条件下，实现或超过设定的需求和期望的过程。包括项目策划、进度计划、实施、控制、维护等活动。本课程从管理的视角阐述项目管理的精髓，重点介绍实施项目管理这一独特管理方法的特定技术、疑难问题和相应解决方案，包括了美国项目管理协会所定义的项目管理知识体系（PMBOK）中的所有重要内容。此外，还对实物期权、组织过程资产、六西格玛、供应链管理、非技术性项目终止、阶段门/质量门过程，以及需求规范与分析等题目进行讨论。

Project Management (54 class hours)

<Project management> mainly introduce the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic tools and methods. By the study of the course, the students should know Project Management with a systematic view, and master the fundamental theory. So they can build up the strong basis for the later study. The main content of the course include the nine module of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). After the study of the course, the students can understand the history and the trend of Project Management, and master the methods and technologies applied in the Project Management, analyze the concrete cases, so they will deepen the knowledge in the following courses. Meanwhile, also discuss on real options, organizational process assets, Six Sigma, supply chain management, non-technical project termination, stage door / gate process quality, as well as requirements specification analysis of such topics for discussion.
