王金亭,中央财经大学二级教授、龙马学者特聘教授、博士生导师、中央财经大学第九届学术委员会委员、加拿大28开奖官网预测结果学术委员会主任、学科带头人,国家级一流本科专业“管理科学”专业建设负责人、中央财经大学“智能管理”交叉学科建设项目首席科学家。兼任中国运筹学会常务理事、中国运筹学会可靠性分会理事长等社团职务。
2000年中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院博士研究生毕业,获理学博士学位。2000年7月至2019年7月在北京交通大学任教,历任讲师、副教授、教授、博导;期间2002年9月至2003年9月加拿大Saskatchewan大学数学与统计系访问学者,2006年9月至2007年7月加拿大Manitoba大学电机工程系访问学者。2009年5月至2010年4月任理学院挂职副院长,2011年11月至2019年7月任数学系党支部书记、副系主任。2019年8月调入加拿大28开奖官网预测结果,2019年11月至2022年12月,任加拿大28开奖官网预测结果副院长、国家金融安全教育部工程研究中心副主任。2019年12月至今加拿大28开奖官网预测结果学术委员会主任委员,2024年1月起,聘任为中央财经大学二级教授;2024年6月起,聘任为中央财经大学第九届学术委员会委员。
主要研究方向运筹与管理、服务运作管理、排队经济学、定价与收益管理、物流供应链管理、系统工程与投资管理。近年来指导博士后/博士/硕士研究生聚焦服务运营管理、排队经济学、平台经济、共享经济、数字经济、服务定价及收益管理等热点难点问题,紧盯国际前沿、紧扣国家发展需求,通过前沿课题研究、高水平论文发表、前沿学术研讨和实地社会调研等方式指导学生开展扎实的专业和学术训练,指导的学生研究成果丰硕。主持国家自然科学基金面上基金5项(1项管理科学部面上项目2022年获得结题后评估“特优”)、青年基金项目1项、天元数学青年基金1项、国际(地区)合作与交流项目1项、科技部中国-匈牙利政府间科技合作项目1项、教育部新世纪人才计划项目及省部级以上基金项目20余项,作为主要骨干成员参与国家自然科学基金重大项目“城市物流”。2022/2024年两度入选Elsevier“高被引学者”榜单;2019-2021连续三年入选斯坦福大学发布的全球前2%顶尖科学家排名榜单。担任《Journal of the Operational Research Society》、《International Journal of Operations Research》、《Queueing Models and Service Management》、《运筹学学报》、《系统科学与数学》等多个国内外学术期刊的编委。已有160余项研究成果发表在包括Operations Research、Manufacturing & Service Operations Management、Production and Operations Management, European Journal of Operational Research,Omega,International Journal of ProductionEconomics, International Journal of Production Research, Queueing Systems, IEEE Transactions, Reliability Engineering & System Safety在内的国际学术期刊上,110余篇SCI检索和30余篇SSCI检索论文。2016年出版专著《排队博弈论基础》(科学出版社,独著)。
2004年获得中国运筹学会“中国青年运筹奖”,2006年获教育部霍英东教育基金会第十届高等院校青年教师奖(教学类三等奖),2011年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划,2016年获得第八届安徽省自然科学优秀学术论文一等奖,2018年获詹天佑铁道科学技术奖专项科技奖,2021年获中央财经大学鸿基世业奖励基金鸿基世业优秀学术论文奖一等奖,2022年获第15届EAI无线互联网国际会议最佳论文奖、全国供应链与运营管理学术年会最佳论文一等奖等学术奖励。
2023年2月创立师生融合“服务科学与运作管理研究团队党支部”,并担任党支部书记。2024年6月获评第三批校级研究生党建工作样板支部,并获党支部书记微党课大赛三等奖。培养博士后5名,博士生15名,硕士生近50余名,指导博士生获得国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金、多位毕业生获得北京市优秀毕业生等荣誉称号,取得良好成效,2023年获评为中央财经大学优秀研究生指导教师。
长期与美国、加拿大、欧洲及港澳台地区多所著名高校的同行学者保持良好国际合作,通过多种渠道联合培养硕博研究生。近年来有近十名硕博研究生经国家留学基金委公派赴美国乔治城大学、北卡罗来纳州州立大学、加拿大西蒙佛雷泽大学、法国Université de Technologie de Troyes等大学攻读博士学位及联合培养博士。指导的多位博士(后)、硕士研究生毕业后成为天津大学/北京理工大学/北京交通大学/北京科技大学等高校、工商银行/建设银行/头部投行等金融机构、华为等知名企业的卓越人才。
